1.Basic Policy
(1) The purpose of this operation policy is to provide smooth services for members when they use the game services provided by Redlab Games Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and protect the members' rights to use them.
(2) The company promises to do its best so that members receive the best service, and members should be aware of the operation policy to avoid any disadvantages.
(3) The company may change the operation policy and announce this within at least 7 days (30 days in advance for changes that are unfavorable to members or significant changes) prior to the effective date through the official community.
(4) Matters not stipulated in this operation policy will be handled according to the company's Terms of Service, related laws and regulations, and general business practices.
2.Obligations and Rights of Members
(1) Members have the right to receive smooth service from the company, and there are obligations to fulfill for this purpose.
(2) A member shall abide by the company's Terms of Service and this operation policy. In the event of a violation, there may be restrictions on using services.
(3) A member shall register their personal information when they register, and the company cannot protect the member from damages caused by their theft of another person's personal information or registering false information.In addition, they shall be responsible for cases of theft of personal information.
(4) A member shall not conduct any profit-making activities using the content provided by services without the prior consent of the company.
(5) A member shall not use the information obtained by using services of the company in other ways, such as copy/replication/change/translation/publication/broadcasting, without the prior consent of the company, and they shall not provide this information to others.
(6) If a member discovers any vulnerability in the game (bugs, account theft, illegal programs, etc.), then they shall report it to the company through the customer center of the company (1:1 inquiry, etc.). If a member receives any benefits through the way of use, abuse, or share it with others, then they may be subject to sanctions.
(7) In the event of any problem caused by a member's usage of a program not officially provided by the company, they shall be responsible for the result.
(8) If a member determines that unfair treatment or a problem has occurred while using the service, then they may inquire through an official route, such as the customer center, and request correction.
(9) A member can inquire about services through the following routes:
・ 1:1 inquiry in the customer center within the game
(10) The company sincerely strives to provide answers for the member's inquiries, suggestions, etc. However, please understand that the company's answers may inevitably be delayed depending on the volume and content of inquiries received.
3.Account Management
(1) A member should manage their own account by himself or herself.
(2) A member can protect their information from unlawful acts by others, such as account theft, by changing the account password periodically.
(3) Sharing of game data, such as accounts and items, or transaction/transfer of them in unusual ways shall not be allowed, and the company cannot help with any problem (fraud, account theft) that may arise from this.
(4) If a member tries to do cash/spot trade for game data, such as accounts and items, then they may be deprived of their right to use them, and the company cannot help with any problem that arises from this.In addition, the member who registered the account shall be responsible for any problems arising from account sharing and cash/spot transactions.
(5) Theft of personal information or account, etc. by a third person may be subject to criminal punishment in accordance to relevant laws.
(6) The company shall not request any member's personal information. Please be careful about leakage of personal information due to impersonators of operators or company officials.
(7) If it is determined that there is a possibility of damage caused by account theft or abuse by a third party because abnormal access/game records are found on a member's account, then the company can protect the account by restricting access to the game until user authentication is complete.
4.Measures to Restrict the Use of Services
(1) To provide smooth service, the company may restrict the use of services by members who interfere with game progress or commit disorderly conduct.
(2) In the event of a violation of the standards set forth in the operation policy, the member's use of the services may be restricted, and the company will notify them in advance of any restrictions of use. However, if there is an urgent need for the company to act, members may be notified afterward.
(3) The service use restriction standards according to the operation policy shall follow the sanction standard table below:

(4) The company may adjust the level of sanction in consideration of the situation at the time of the violation of the operation policy or Terms of Service or impact on the service.
(5) Depending on the severity, the company may apply sanctions for acts of violating related laws and regulations or the Terms of Service, even if they are not stipulated in the sanction standard table.
(6) If the use of the service is restricted, then the member may file an objection through the following windows within 14 days from the date of application of the restriction of use.
・ 1:1 inquiry or service email for each game
(7) The company may temporarily restrict the account for a maximum of 7 days without prior notice, and then release or switch restrictions, but only if fact-verification is urgently needed, such as bug checking, specific damage, or policy violations.
(8) The company may take necessary measures, such as withdrawing resources and currencies created or acquired by the member through acts that violate the Terms of Service or operation policy.
5.Naming Policy
(1) The naming policy shall be equally applicable for all names used in the game that a member selects, such as all characters' names, nicknames, or guild names.
(2) A member can use character names, nicknames, guild names, etc. freely. However, if the use of the following names is detected, restrictions and temporary changes may be made without prior notice, and the company may take necessary action.
※ The company cannot provide any help for inconvenience attributed to the corresponding reasons.
・ Names that offend others
・ Names that contain abusive language, vulgar words, slang, suggestive expressions
・ Names that contain racial or sexual (obscene) discrimination
・ Names that are anti-social, demeaning to a particular religion or group, violate related laws and regulations, or are otherwise unacceptable in terms of socially accepted norms
・ Names related to, or judged to have the intention to impersonate, the company itself or the game or the original work
・ Names that can cause cash transactions of game data, such as accounts and items
・ Names that are likely to be recognized or misunderstood as the operator, such as helper, GM names, etc.
・ Name likely to infringe trademark copyrights of third parties
6.Recovery Policy
(1) In the case where game data such as accounts and items are lost or information is changed due to reasons attributable to the company (technical error, etc.), the company can recover them to the extent that data and information through the data are confirmed.
(2) Recovery is only possible if the member files a recovery request through 1:1 inquiry within 7 days from the date of the problem.
(3) Recovery assistance is not available in the following cases:
・ Where 7 days have passed since the date when the problem occurred;
・ Where the recovery request was filed with an agent's account rather than the account where the problem occurred;
・ Where the member's own negligence or failure to understand the content specified in the operation policy or notices, etc. caused the occurrence;
・ Where the loss was caused by the member's normal use of game services and content; and
・ Where the loss was caused by fraud between individuals. However, the company can investigate the account of the perpetrator to prevent additional loss, and then restrict the use of services and take additional actions according to sanction standards.
・ Where objective records do not exist in the game or it is not possible to verify them;
・ Where the member's account was withdrawn through normal processes and procedures; and
・ Where the account information is lost through device loss, device reset, cache, data deletion, etc. while using a guest account without linking the account.
・ Otherwise, when there are reasons that fall under "21. Limitation of Liability" specified in the company's Terms of Service, recovery assistance is also not available.
(4) For providing smooth game services, the company may change services (including characters, items, content information revision, alteration, deletion) according to operational, technical, or balance needs, and notify about them within the game service prior to the changes. However, if there are unavoidable needs for changes such as correction of bugs and errors or urgent updates, if they are not major changes, or if there are unavoidable circumstances, such as a server device defect or emergency security problem, then members may be notified afterward.In the event of such situations, a separate recovery shall not be carried out.
7.Disputes between Members within the Game
(1) The company does not interfere with disputes between members while using the games and takes no action for them.
(2) Even though it is a private dispute, if it causes damage to an unspecified number of members, the company may apply sanctions.
(3) If the company determines that disputes between members disrupt the game order or violate positive laws, then it may promptly respond according to this operation Policy or public order and norms and take proper actions to protect good members.
8.Community Operation Policy
(1) The company follows the content of the 'Community Operation Policy' as separately stipulated by the company in relation to the community.
(2) The company announces the content of the 'Community Operation Policy' in each game community.
9.Policy on the Protection of Human Rights for Consultants and Business Obstruction
(1) In the process of consulting for service inquiries, for protecting the human rights of consultants and facilitating smooth service work, the company may restrict the use of games after a warning and may suspend and restrict consultations. Sanction Standard Table
